1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 3D Nova account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use 3D Nova.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You may use 3D Nova only for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload content that infringes copyright, is illegal or harmful, attempt unauthorized access to the service, use the service to send spam, or resell access without written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant 3D Nova a non-exclusive worldwide license to store, display and transmit that content solely for operating the service. You represent you have all rights necessary to upload and share your content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance may require brief downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your tours and uploaded content will be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

3D Nova is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Nova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.
